Returns are only accepted in the instance of an unexpected fault or failure of the product.  Please ensure you measure and choose the correct size as collars will not be refunded in the event you have ordered the incorrect size for your dog.

All of our collars are machine washable at 40° celsius, to maintain the scratchfree surface of the quick release clasp, it is recommended the collars are washed in a hosiery bag or similar to avoid scratching the clasp or the interior of your machine.  Collars should be line dried.

All of our collars are made by hand in our small studio in the United Kingdom.  As they are not mass produced there will be subtle differences in every collar made.  Please take this into consideration when ordering your item.
