• All items are ready to ship.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery in the UK
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Faster delivery upgrades (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24, Special Delivery) are available at checkout.
International Shipping
• We ship internationally via Royal Mail International services.
• Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–21 working days.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Shipping Costs
• Standard UK shipping: £3.50
• Free UK shipping on orders over £50.00
• International shipping: calculated at checkout based on location.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
• Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
• If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, please contact us at stitchandsnout@gmail.com so we can investigate.
• For tracked shipping, we will provide tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where possible.
