We want you (and your pup 🐾) to be happy with your purchase from Stitch and Snout. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Change of Mind (UK Customers)
• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
• To start a return, please contact us at stitchandsnout@gmail.com with your order details.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
Exchanges
• If you’d like to exchange for a different size, style, or colour, please contact us.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 3 of receiving it.
• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
• In these cases, we will cover return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used collars, leads, or accessories
• Custom/personalised items (if you decide to offer them later)
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs (original delivery charges) are not refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
How to Return an Item
1. Email us at stitchandsnout@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and address details.
3. Pack the item securely and return using a tracked service (recommended).
